I am back from Oxford and finaly I can update, so thanks to all the good luck wishes, all of you were lovely *adores*

It was fun. It really was. I had two interviews and a written test. I don't know how I did, not too bad I don't think but not brilliantly either. The text I had to read before my Politics interview was on reverse jingoism (wtf?) and I had to discuss the political relevance of the Oddyssey, which I haven't read. The tutors were all very nice though, tales of horrific inteviews grossly exaggerated. And the people were all really cool and interesting and lovely and I explored Oxford and we had walks and went out and got a little bit drunk and I made friends. I don't think I will get in, but it won't be the end of the world and I really had a good time, people who don't apply to Oxford because of some silly idea of the stereotypical Oxford student couldn't be more wrong. Well there were intelectual conversations a-plenty and there were numerous viewings of "Yes Prime Minister" and even a few scrabble games, BUT  I liked it. So there. Will know in about a week, am not thinking about that very much as there is nothing for me to do. (In next post with more time will tell you all about my promise to send written by me gay sex to an Eton boy and the hour long argument I had with theology applying religious guy, who was really nice and had the grace to admit I was right (score!). You see, I really had the best time ever.

Going back to school was a bit of a shock, it is just like a different world. And today as my first day I had two surprise tests and a few dozen pieces of homework I am behind on. Like I said, back to the real world. Then I had to work so I've had absolutely no time to beta your fic Angie, for which I am sorry but will do it tomorrow after work. (I have read it though and love it muchly)

Day was made better by Christmas cards. I got two today. Hugs to lazy_daze (loved your mad art skillz) andcandymcfierson (and you thought it would be late). Thank you!!! Cards cute :D Katia happy. I will get myself organised and send mine off this Saturday, at least I've got them, it's just that I don't know how the stamp thing works, oh well, will see.
