Boy 1: You know I have a theory about the last book.
Girl: You do?
Boy 1: Yeah, you know in the sixth one, the fake locket was signed with the initials RAB
Boy 2: Huh?
Boy 1: You know how Dumbledore and Harry went to find Slytherin's locket and Dumbledore died and the locker had been replaced with a fake and there was a note which was signed by a RAB.
Boy 2: Oh yeah...
Boy 1: Well I have a theory about the identity of RAB...It is Regulus Black.
Pause
Girl: Who?
Boy 1: You know, Sirius's brother?
Boy 2 and Girl: Oooh yes, that is an interesting idea.
ME: Ahahahaha, oh sometimes I forget what it is like to not have a clue about HP. Awesome.
In other words you know when you have read too much about the cold war when you start mentally slashing the Soviet and the US foreign ministers, I am possibly going insane, but reading is seriously fun when you approach it as 20 year old gossip. Because it does read like gossip, briliance! Sadly not terribly useful about my essay, ooops. Oh going back to the slashing, seriously Shevardnadze and Baker were bffs, Shevvy/Baker OTP. In 1990 alone they met 19 times! Their first meeting was on a long plane journey to Wyoming and it was the start of a beautiful friendship. They both addressed their respective nations and told them how they are no longer enemies. They met in Paris and warned each other and bonded over their perspective bosses. Yeah, madness. I will shut up now.

OMG HEROES
UNRIVALLED BRILLIANCE, YAYYY!! one ep left makes me terribly sad.
First of all. Sylar. Is smoking hot, I have never called anyone smoking hot in my life. But Sylar. Jesus. He wears black so well.
I am so shallow. But Nathan too was looking fine, evilness becomes him.
HIRO rocks my world. Seriously. Oh how they turn the 'villain' scene on us and mock us cruelly, don't lose hope in Nathan! He will save the world, I know he will.
Where is Peter? Why is he not saving Nathan, but running everywhere with Claire??
Oh but back to Hiro, yay George Takai is not evil, and teaches him in 5 seconds how to fight, who needs realistic stuff when you can have awesomeness???
But Ando, oh how did Ando sneak his way into my favourite characters, I shall never know. But I suspect he is here to stay, PLEASE DON'T DIE ANDO! :(

Jessica and DL are still blah, but DL redeemed himself by killing Linderman in the most awesome way, even better than Sylar. Though Lynderman's death was unexpected, does that mean Mama P is going to replace him in instructing Nathan how to breathe? (Sidenote: yay Heidi, I like Heidi)
What else? Oh, Candice, I hope she is here to stay, I suspect that in reality she is a man, also clearly fat. Micah will so turn her into a good girl. Micah is so cute and rigging the election, once againsam_storyteller so called it in his brilliant hiatus continuation fic.
HRG and Matt make a kick ass team, can't believe HRG evil enought to Kill Molly, and Matt reading minds should mean you know that Molly is a person. Moron. Yay Mohinder, yay Thompson is dead!
Oh I can not wait until next week!

Date: 2007-05-16 11:02 am (UTC)HEROES! I still don't find Sylar hot (everyone else seems too but his eyebrows!), but found Mohinder unexpectedly hot in this ep. Maybe uni has warped my brain. I basically spent the episode yelling everyone's names at the screen. Especially ANDO and HIRO though. I do not like this hinting at Hiro making the ultimate sacrifice. :( It was just so gooood, can't wait til the finale now. Though in a way I can, because then it will be HIATUS. No Heroes for months! :O
