This is a new form of torture. It is a cruel test, which I need to pass.

I have downloaded the new episode of Heroes, it is here on my computer,

However, I have written 1000 words of an essay due in tomorrow and have yet to begin reading for the essay due in on Thursday morning, for which the reading list is over ten starred books. I have half given up on that essay, though not being able to do both essays in week one is certainly not a good start. We are also going to the cinema with the tutor who the essay is for and so that would be an awkward conversation. (Though really, he should thank me, less marking!) 

Oh yeah I just really, really want to watch Heroes. But alas, it was not meant to be.

I have watched the first five minutes...

I feel your pain, I also have an essay to do and in need of my Heroes fix! Though haven't downloaded it (yet) so don't have the added temptation. Though I've already read the TWOP recap as I don't have the patience to avoid spoilers. Oops?

I think I will watch it now, have decided not to do essay 2 and have done essay one very badly, feel like that is an improvement. But really, I am just weak.

Yeah, we are doing international relations in the cold war and the film is about the cold war, so highly relevant...it was so funny though, he didn't give us much of a choice. He just asked when we are free so he can book tickets.

Oh I am not spoiled, there are these posts on my flists about it and I haven't read them, though I love the TWOP recap, I tend to read it as I watch it, feels like there is someone here I am squeeing with. Yes, I am odd. I will watch it now, I just can't not. Oh the waiting has been so long. Did you read the hiatus continuation fic I recced you till the end? Is it not absolutely amazing!

The life of others, it is German, won the oscar for best foreign language film and it is about the cold war which is what we are studying. Our tutor is really nice, he is on facebook.

Hee, no, I can understand that! I do it sometimes too, it's fun to have someone else's opinion on it as you watch. We should be dorks and watch it together on msn or something at some point! I started it but got swamped with uni work, it was so good though! Will finish it soon. Shamefully, when discussing the episode with proskynesis I got confused as I thought Nathan had already met Claire, all because of you and your fic-linking ways!

I've seen posters for it and thought it looked good, let me know if you think it's worth seeing. :) It's cool that your tutor's so nice!
