Just watched Spiderman 2, I can't believe I hadn't done so earlier, yay he is the best superhero! Now, where is the slash?
In other news, I went to the pub today instead of going out because for some odd reason staying at home and doing nothing is dead tiring. Me and my friend's peaceful conversation was interrupted by three horrible drunk men, one looked like a football hooligan with an England shirt and a black eye, the others were marginally better.
I will share the horror of part of our 'conversation' because it is too bad not to share.
They sat with us and proceeded to throw about pleasantries
Black eye guy, to my friend: "I like your tits, what's your name?"
Her: *tells him*
BEG: *You are sexy, do you want KFC*
Her: "Sure, go and get me some."
BEG: "Nah, I'll give you the money, you go get it." *turns towards me and to my horror graps my arm. "Your friend here sure needs some. You are so skinny, how can you be so skinny?"
Me: *pulls away and ignore him*
Her: "It's cold outside, I don't want to."
BEG: "That's all right, your nipples will get hard."
His friends: *laugh*
BEG: *turns towards me* "So, what's your name?"
Me: Katia
BEG: "what? Kachya? Kara? etc"
Me: KATIA!
*later*
BEG: *looks at me* "What was your name again? Magenta? Don't you want KFC?"
Me: "My name is not fucking Magenta?!"
BEG: "It is, you said it is, Magenta."
*later*
BEG: *farts and looks at me* "Can you smell that? It's fucking disgusting!*
Me: *can indeed smell it* *dies*
It goes on and on, it involved various further 'complimets' aimed at my friend, and somewhat more civil conversation with the the other two guys, they asked about university and A levels.
Most normal guy: "So which uni are you going to?"
Me: "Oxford"
MNG: "That's one of the top ones, right?"
Me: "Yeah."
MNG: "What will you do there?"
My friend: "Politics, philosophy, economics."
MHG: *blink* "What is that? I don't know what that is. What do philosophers do? All I know about philosophy is them sayings on calendars about your day, you know?"
Everyone: *laugh*
Me: *Thinks: fuck off and die* "I think I will be going home soon"
Third guy: "Would you like a drink?"
Me: *leaves*
I can say how angry the exchange made me and not just because my tits did not receive a compliment, but I think it is pretty selfexplanatory. I just have no words.
ETA There was a SPIDER IN MY BED! I flicked it off and then a little while later it was there AGAIN! OMG! I am terrifed of spiders and it was there twice!!! I can't go to sleep now! :(((

I actually went to London today and it was a whole lot of fun, we went to a bar and I had far too many cocktails and as a result made an idiot out of muself in front of nice LJ people.
Make friends with people that seem interesting as oppose to people who seem popular, because who needs a lot of empty friendships when you can have real ones, trust me on that one. I can't belive that after a day in school you found people that watch QAF and you told them about slash, it took me years to do the same thing in school. I am very proud you know.
Don't worry about the bas pass, you will get in and befor you do just tell him.

PS. I love your new layout but some of the words like the reply links and all that blend in, so you should try and change them if you can, apart from that though it's gorgeous!So you!

Thank you, I am still fiddling with it, will probably end up changing the header, it's just a temporary thing, I am pleased with it though. I can change them easily, will do.
